Embracing “These
Truths” Led To Blood Shed
On July 4,1776, the founding fathers signed into law
the birth of the United States of America in a sacred document known as
the Declaration of Independence.

"We, therefore, the representatives of the United States of America, in
General Congress, assembled...the representatives of the United States
of America, in General Congress, assembled, appealing to the Supreme
Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name,
and by the authority of the good people of these colonies, solemnly
publish and declare, that these united colonies are, and of right ought
to be free and independent states" See

By conceiving the United States in HIS essence of liberty, the Creator Himself is the
Progenitor and Co-Parent of the newly born nation.
"Now The LORD - Adonai is that
Spirit: an where The Spirit of The LORD is, there is liberty."
[II Corinthians 3:17]
Parents being, GOD and the founding fathers.
Seemingly the most famous portion of the Declaration is,
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of
happiness.”
Obviously, being the primary discussion of the sacred document, We the
People as body politic have not yet fully dedicated ourselves to the dictates
therof, otherwise the United States would not be in this present
nation-destroying crisis.
The Cause of the US Civil War: Chattel Slavery
To Liberate and Free the chattel slaves into full US citizenship
"as is enjoyed by White citizens"
One hundred and fifty years ago, during the Southern Confederate
Rebellion, commonly known as the US Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln
and company of Radical Republicans clearly understood the significance of the
nations’ Birth Certificate when he issued the Pre-Emancipation
Proclamation on September 22,1862, and later followed with the official
Presidential decree January 1,1863.
This wise and insightful move made the cause of the rebellious, bloody
war being waged against the fledgling Union a matter of chattel slavery,
which was casting a pall of hypocrisy and damning mockery upon the new
nation.
This was not a good way to start a country, because such has great
potential for fatal consequences in succeeding generations, which we
have learned from the Civil War and continue to learn about today.
Lincoln recognized that the real danger confronting the Union was not
that of the Southern Confederate States' Rebellion, nor even certain
European intervention threats, but rather a very respectful fear of the
Central Figure in the Birth Certificate, though painfully costly in
national treasure, blood, lives and emotions, he nonetheless chose the
path that was pleasing to HIM according to the mandates published in
the Declaration of Independence.
The Gettysburg Admonition and Warning
According to the Judaic-Christian Holy Scriptures, the Bible, and the
Declaration of Independence, Lincoln recognized that saving the Union
was not possible as long the war was not based around the state
and fate of the nation’s chattel slave populations and their succeeding
descendants. See

Lincoln and his Republican company, decided that war was not about Tenth
Amendment States Rights verses Federal Big Government oversight, nor
about the economy or even
partisan politics, but rather the liberation of fellow human
beings from the tyranny of chattel slavery and ensuring the freed slaves an experiential citizenship "as is
enjoyed by White citizens."
In his Gettysburg address, another landmark sacred document of policy,
Lincoln admonished and warned the still at civil war nation that in
order to maintain a “government of…by…and for the people", certain things
in the first legal document of the United States must be adhered; one
being that there must be for the new nation a “new birth of freedom”,
post what
occurred on July 4,1776.
However, accordin to Lincoln, before this "new birth of freedom" can be
reality, We the People
Posterity must fully dedicate ourselves to “ the great task
remaining before us…”even “that cause” of the war for which over 720,000
American men and boys gave their lives with millions more wounded for
life and generations to come.
In their suffering and blood letting, they affirmed our national Birth
Certificate, the Declaration of Independence. “...that from these
honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they
gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve
that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under
God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the
people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
Upon examination of the Declaration, students will discover the simple
of instruction as how to discern the nations’ building progress towards
the “more perfect Union” that the founding fathers bequeathed to their
Posterity to finish. The contents published in the Declaration of Independence is the perfection
for what this nation was born to strive for and lead the world into.

Of all the ethno-racial-nationalities (legal or illegal) that have come
to the United States as immigrants, only one was inherited into the
jurisdiction thereof as living property. They were
immediately transferred from that which is British Empire into that of the
United States.
As property of the various citizens of Several States in the Union, by
law, the West African exiles were and are yet today completely under the
jurisdiction of the United States and will continue to do so as long as
this New Nation shall exist.
This is especially true as long as America's business with GOD
concerning chattel slavery and its aftermath is not finished.
Citizenship came to the freed chattel slaves and their descendants in
1868 by the 14th Amendment, making them the first federal citizens, but
on July 4,1776, the American chattel slaves were too born into that
aberrational government experiment, called the United States of America.
