According to the Hebrew Holy Scriptures (the Bible – Old & New Covenant), The Judaic-Christian GOD acknowledges covenants, agreements, business contracts, or as the Scriptures, the Torah-Tanach says, “Vows”…and as the only Monarch to Whom American Christians bow down, says, “By your words you shall be justified, by your words you shall be condemned”.

In fact, to be safe, the great King says, not to swear at all, especially by the Name and Person of GOD.

“But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King. Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black. But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.” [Mathew 5:34-37]
 
Nevertheless, it is too late! The covenanted business contract made with Adonai, Ehohim, HaShem, the LORD of the Hebrews and Christians is an immutable, historical fact.

Note: The Pledge of Aliegeance

"I pledge allegeance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, under GOD, indivisable, with liberty and justice for all"

In their zeal to break from the old order of the ages, in the Name of Nature’s Creator GOD and Judge of all the earth, our founding fathers justified their bloody rebellion against the mother country who too professed to be divinely and providentially under the LORD as all other European countries believed themselves to be at the time of the Revolution.
 

It appears that the founding fathers of this new nation recognized that the only way of victory against the British super power of the Christian English would have to be by Divine Providence, but with assurance to the Central Figure of the morally lofty Declaration of Independence, that the matter of inherited chattel slavery and its’ aftermath will be vindicated to HIM accordingly.
 
The Sacredness of the Document
The sacred Covenant was signed with the understanding that there was/is a connection of agreement between GOD and the founding fathers concerning the existence of the new nation whereby it will rest on fulfilling its’ obligation to the covenant, which is to free the chattel slaves and ensure that their descendants in succeeding generations are shown mercy.
 
The Declaration is considered “sacred” due the Presence of the Central Figure and HIS concerns for the new nation.
 
Also, the very last statement of the nation’s first legal document “for support of this declaration” along with their lives and fortunes, the founding fathers mutually pledged “sacred honor.”
 
However, what gives weight to the contents of the Declaration and thereby making it “sacred”, is the fact that it was purchased by blood shed, something that GOD takes highly seriously, because warfare is the destruction of HIS property.
 
US President Abraham Lincoln understood this matter of sacredness in the Birth Certificate of the United States as being one of covenant with GOD Himself as the Supreme Judge of the world and with “a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence”.
 
Divine Providence from GOD to the new nation is based on how and when the Posterity completes our business with the Central Figure concerning chattel slavery and its’ generational aftermath.
 
This Covenant is authorized in the shed blood of thousands of American and British, et al men and boys of the 1776 Revolutionary War over what is believed to be a Divine Right to all human beings, because it is a self-evident truth that “all men are created equal”. See Declaration of Independence
For these truths, the founding fathers were committed to losing their reputations, and even lives; their fortunes (most of it was/is slavery based) and their sacred honor which was the cause of liberty to all men from the tyranny of monarchy as seen in the case of the English Crown.

However, as long as the portion of the Covenant that is the responsibility of the Posterity goes unfulfilled, then the Central Figure will withhold HIS Blessings and "...protection of Divine Providence”.and allow or even order the destruction of the United States of the America, even at the hands of the Marxist-socialist, Islamic and foreign, non-military civilian invasions.
