...continued from Oath of Office Violation Part I Read and Take Heed Protection of the freed Chattel Slaves, Freemen and Refugees and their succeeding generations of descendants is at the very heart of the origination of the present Oath of Office. At the start of each new Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate takes an oath of office. The Speaker of the House will direct the Members to rise and the oath is administered. The original oath was as follows: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States." The oath was revised during the Civil War, when members of Congress were concerned about traitors. The current oath is as follows: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God." Obviously, sworn government officials have not borne the true faith and allegiance to the same; nor taken freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and have very well not faithfully discharged the duties of the office which they entered, thereby rebelling against the Oath. Hence, we have growing disorder and perplexing derision and confusion throughout our “wounded” land. The Sworn Promise To GOD Essentially, all those sworn to public office in the US federal government, including the military are by Constitutional mandate of the 14th Amendment and Civil Rights Act of 1866 locked into mortal commitment that is reserved first and foremost to the chattel slaves and their descendants. Federal officials are sworn to the finish the cause of all those hundreds of thousands of American men and boys who suffered death as well as millions more with lifelong physical and psychological wounds. “So Help Me GOD” This implicating statement “So Help Me GOD” recited at the end of the Oath was instituted by George Washington at his first inaugural and has been used since. However, though this sworn Oath was on behalf of the people who gave them consent to govern, the invoking of GOD at the end implicates HIM in their efforts good or bad. In other words, the government official have contracted with GOD, on our behalf to ensure that the Principles of HIS Kingdom are manifested “on the ground” in the United States of America, with the most obvious task being, rectifying chattel slavery and its’ generational aftermath. Annuit Septus – “He Has Favored Our Undertaking” By American federal officials continuing to swear this Oath with “So Help Me GOD”, and don’t do so accordingly, The LORD GOD Almighty takes it personally, especially in the matter of the chattel slaves and their descendants in America. For any government official to not make the finishing the business with GOD concerning chattel slavery and its’ aftermath runs the definite risk of helping to endanger the destiny of the United States. Dr. King wisely pointed out, “…for many of our white brothers…have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.” When the 14th Amendment is enforced as originally intended, which is simply the Congressional Promissory Note issued to the freed chattel slaves and their descendants, GOD will then demonstrate HIS providential favor towards America because we choose to obediently undertake and finish what Lincoln called “the great task remaining before us”, thereby ensuring, “...under GOD a new birth of freedom, that government of, by and for the people shall not perish from the earth.” Essentially, the existence of the Republic is interlocked with it completing the Business it entered into with the Central Figure of the Declaration of Independence concerning chattel slavery and its’ aftermath.
